Villa Stenberg consists of several beautifully designed buildings that can be rented together or separately, depending on your group’s size and needs. Choose between the Villa, the Beach House, the Glamping Cottage, and the Barn — each with its own charm and possibilities for meetings, workshops, and celebrations.

The Main Villa features six bedrooms accommodating up to 24 guests. It includes two bathrooms, two toilets, an indoor sauna and an outdoor hot tub — both suitable for 6–8 people. After a long day, your team can unwind in the hot tub or gather in the spacious living room for a cozy evening together.

The Beach House offers accommodation for up to 16 guests across four rooms. It features a sauna and outdoor hot tub (both for 6–8 people), a kitchenette, a dining table for ten, and a terrace with beautiful lake views.

For additional space, you can book the Glamping Cottage (for up to 8 people) and use the Barn as a meeting or dining venue from May to September.

The Barn seats up to 120 guests and includes a fully equipped bar area with a fridge, freezer, and multiple electricity outlets for catering. There’s also an outdoor grill and convenient parking right in front for caterers and guests. A stage, microphones, and a Bluetooth sound system make it perfect for toasts, live music, or even a lively karaoke session.

Next to the Barn, a newly built outhouse facility with three dry toilets ensures comfort for all guests. Both the Barn and the Glamping Cottage can be booked as add-ons. Read more about pricing here.

THE VILLA

The dining room seats up to 14 people for formal meetings or sit-down dinners. An additional table can be added for bigger groups. For cocktail-style events, the Villa can accommodate up to 30-40 guests. The orangerie, equipped with newly installed underfloor heating and a fireplace, offers a cozy and welcoming setting for gatherings of 30–40 guests.

A smart TV in the living room allows easy screen mirroring, while the dining room is equipped with a projector and white screen for smooth, professional meetings. The main bedroom opens into a side room with beautiful lake views, equipped with desks, Wi-Fi, and power outlets— making it ideal for remote work, virtual meetings, or focused quiet time during your stay.

THE BEACH HOUSE

The Beach House features a cozy living room with lake views and a private entrance. You can easily connect your presentation to the large smart TV while enjoying the more relaxed, lounge-style meeting setup for up to ten people.

The indoor dining table seats up to 10 people, and there’s also a white screen that can be used with a projector.

Our guests can enjoy a variety of activities right on the property, including SUP boards, a rowing boat, a beach volleyball court, and various yard games. For a touch of adventure, take a 15-minute hike up the nearby hill to our rustic grilling hut, where you can gather around the fire and take in breathtaking views over Lake Lohja — a perfect setting for relaxed moments together.

For a more serene experience, you can arrange yoga or mindfulness sessions in our orangerie — a peaceful space equipped with newly installed underfloor heating and a fireplace that keeps the atmosphere warm and inviting. even during the colder months. This makes it usable year-round, with the exception of only the coldest days when temperatures drop well below freezing.

If you’d like to add a touch of adventure or teamwork to your stay, our local partner Erämatkat offers engaging programs ranging from survival experiences to nature-based activities — all designed to strengthen team spirit and collaboration.

The dining table inside the villa comfortably seats 14 guests. If needed, additional seating can be arranged with an extension table. For cocktail-style events, the villa can accommodate up to 30–40 guests. The heated glass pavilion offers an atmospheric dining setting from early spring until early winter, seating up to 40 guests.

As a general guideline, the cost for a company event with an overnight stay is approximately 100€ per person, while a one-day event starts from around 500€ in total (excluding catering and any activities booked through our partners).
