Villa Stenberg booking requests and pricing
Rates for accommodation
Excluding weekends in June-September, the minimum rental period at Villa Stenberg is 1 night. On summer weekends (Fri-Sun), the minimum rental period is 2 nights.
Season and off-season rates can be viewed in the Booking pages for the Villa, the Beach House and the Estate.
In the Villa, the rate per night includes accommodation for 8 people in the Villa and in the winter-warm Glamping Cottage. In the Beach House, the rate/night includes accommodation for 8 people.
We charge €50/person if more than 8 guests stay in the Villa or more than 8 guests stay in the Beach house. Children under 2 stay free of charge.
The normal arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 12am (midday).
Day / evening guests
Day and/or evening guests who visit the Villa for a wedding or other social event are not included in the rate per night. As per our add-on price list we charge a fee per guest.
Day and evening guests 25€/person
This fee covers the use of the Villa's facilities and additional tableware for the event. At the time of the reservation the number of day and/or evening guests can be an estimate. The number of day and/or evening guests is confirmed 30 days before arrival and the final invoice is adjusted accordingly.

Instant quote
You can get an instant quote on our website for accommodation and any additional services. Simply select your preferred villa, check the nightly rate, add any extra services you need, and the total cost will be displayed immediately.
If you’re planning an event, such as a wedding at Villa Stenberg, requesting a quote and making a reservation is just as easy. Alternatively, you can request an offer via email at hanna(at)villastenberg.fi.
We will contact you 30 days before your stay to confirm the total guest count and any changes to additional services, and adjust the final balance if necessary.
Submitting a reservation request does not require any payment.
Booking Request
No payment is required when you submit your booking request. After reviewing your request, we will send you a quote with payment instructions and provisionally reserve your requested dates.
The quote is valid for 7 days if your arrival is more than 30 days away. If your arrival is less than 30 days away, the quote will be valid for 2 days only.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Payments
To ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, we kindly ask that you let us know the final number of guests and any additional services in advance. We also ask that your booking is paid in full before your stay. Our standard policy is a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, we request full payment at the time of booking. Payments can be made conveniently via bank transfer, credit card, or invoice.
