The spacious two-storey Beach House with stunning waterfront views, accommodating up to 16 guests.
Kitchen & Dining:
The house features a fully equipped kitchen with tableware for 16 and all necessary cooking utensils. The indoor dining table seats up to 10 guests.
Living Room:
The living room comfortably accommodates 12 guests. With cozy sofas and a large flat-screen TV, it’s also suitable for meetings.
Sauna & Bathrooms:
Villa Stenberg has a large electrically heated sauna, two showers, and a hot tub (available as an additional service). The lower floor has an indoor toilet, and a new, clean outdoor toilet is also available nearby.
Outdoor Spaces:
The house is surrounded by large, beautifully furnished terraces with pergolas, including seating and dining areas. The shallow sandy beach is safe and ideal for guests of all ages.
Activities:
Guests can enjoy SUP boards and a rowboat with life jackets, yard games, and a beach volleyball court.

The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
The prices listed in the Rates section are based on up to 8 guests and do not include the cleaning fee. A one-time cleaning fee of €100 per stay will be added to the total booking price.
For groups larger than 8 guests, an additional fee of €50 per person per night applies for overnight stays at the villa.
Children under 2 years old stay free of charge.
Children aged 2–18 receive a 50% discount on the additional guest rate.

Villa Stenberg on rakennettu sekä perheemme vapaa-ajan kodiksi että vuokrattavaksi huvilaksi, jossa juhlien ja tapahtumien järjestäminen on isossa roolissa. Olen halunnut luoda kauniin miljöön ja varustelutasoltaan ylivertaisen paikan, jonne vieraiden on helppo tulla. Saan valtavasti iloa voidessani jakaa tätä kaunista paikkaa muiden kanssa!
Villa Stenberg has been built both as our family's leisure home and as a villa for rent, where the organization of parties and events plays a big role. I wanted to create a beautiful milieu and a place with a superior level of equipment, where it is easy for guests to come. It gives me immense joy to be able to share this beautiful place with others!
